The spring light

I can’t tell you how delicious supper was last night. That lobster I found in the depths of my freezer had suffered no harm over the last 4 months and the little chickweed leaves were lovely and astringent with a Mary Rose Sauce and the avocado. I put horseradish in my Mary Rose sauce, not too much, but enough to make a difference. It was a good combo and in the background you can see the first 5 roses from the glass hoDSC_0013 auses in the Walled Garden. The light was just lovely and this is the first evening we’ve had dinner with the curtains open.

Now I have to think of something just as nice for tonight…………………
