……. green courgettes stuffed with goat’s cheese and topped with panko bread crumbs. Pasta and butter sautéd yellow courgettes on the side. You can see the strawberries for pudding in the background. Served that with a strawberry sorbet adapted from Lady Rogers’ Riverside Café recipe, sorry Ruth, but I felt it needed more strawberries so I gave it another pound of strawberries!
