Last night, rather belated, we took our team out for their Christmas dinner to Ox in Belfast. Above is the team who help look after our corporate guests here at Ballywalter Park. They are super efficient and dedicated to us and the House. They deserve the best food experience money can buy. It was with some pride that we found on the menu Lady Dunleath’s veal, smoked! Apart from the fact that it was super delicious it was just fantastic feeling to have been part of a tiny bit of Slow Food on our doorstep.
