On Saturday we opened our doors for EHOD. We were super busy and enjoyed every minute of sharing this lovely house with an appreciative public. We had visitors from Finland, South Africa, Zimbabwe, India, Canada and Hungary. There were also visitors from Jersey, Scotland, England and Wales. The weather was super kind and a number of the children were allowed to sit on the rocking horse in the Drawing room. We even had a visit by a person who had helped carry things out of the house when we had our near disastrous fire in 1973.
New use for the Ha-Ha!
It was a fantastic day, but no one was allowed into the Walled Garden.
