……….. and still they come!

Despite the weather being rather cold and a little damp, my asparagus is still pouring out of the ground. Tonight we will feast on the spears again in the current favoured way which is with poached eggs, freshly baked focaccia and Hollandaise sauce. Hope our Danish guests enjoy it too!
