What’s for dinner?

Tonight our French garden intern from Blois University is cooking. As can be seen from the photo it’s a lot of good looking ingredients from the Walled Garden. The full menu will be revealed later, but at the moment what you can see in the photo is rhubarb that has been peeled, new potatoes from the glass house, parsley, thyme, borage flowers and chives. In the bag we have some salsify, but I don’t think they are part of tonight’s menu. I also was tasked with getting avocado, pineapple, pork and cucumber. Hmmmmmmmmm, can’t wait. It’s a rare thing that someone cooks for me at home.
